This may be because you didn’t create an account when you initially subscribed, or because the email you are using is different to the one you subscribed with. Please contact us at asking for an ‘account invite’ and we’ll send you a link straight away.

Subscribing means you can be amongst the first group of people that get our monthly fanzines. You may choose a digital copy if you prefer reading on your tablet or any other device, or for sustainability reasons. As for extra physical copies, the number of extra copies we have vary from month to month. To always receive a fanzine, subscribing to our service is the best option!

If you missed out on the current month’s fanzine, we often have a few left over. These are usually posted on our shop around the 7th of the month. The digital version is also available early in the month.


The majority of our international customers are not charged customs tax as we send our magazines 'Letter' post.  However, depending on your country, there is a possiblility that you'll be asked to pay customs and handling fees on delivery.  If this does happen, you can either:

  • Pay the customs tax (this will be approximately 17 – 21% of the magazine cost), plus a handling charge by the courier), OR
  • Refuse payment, if you find that the charge is too costly, and let us know. On the first occasion this happens, we can send you a digital magazine for that month's issue, and refund your magazine cost.

Please bear in mind that you can cancel your subscription at any time, and always have the option to switch to a digital subscription.

Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control, and to counter this, we make every effort to keep baseline postage costs as low as possible.


We aim to ship your fanzine around the 7th of the month, though this may vary by a day or two depending on the speed of our provider. 

Please bear in mind that we operate on a pre-order basis, so if you order your fanzine within one month, you will always receive the next month’s fanzine.


UK delivery aim : 1-2 working days

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days - but can take up to 14 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days - but can take up to 14 working days


These are shipped within 1-3 days of ordering.

If your magazine hasn’t arrived within the month that it was issued (e.g. you haven’t received your January issue in January), we’re so sorry! Kindly reach out to us via so we can sort this out.

To guarantee quicker content, we sometimes have extra magazines in stock which are sent out within 1-2 business days and we also sell digital issues.

You can only change your address for FUTURE orders.  Eg. If your payment went out on 15th March (and you want the April issue to go to your new address), you can change the details yourself up to the 14th.  After the 15th you will need to contact us.

If your current month’s payment has NOT been taken:

To change your shipping address/name on your subscription, please login to your account on our shop page. (If you do not have an account yet, just create one with the same email you used to make a subscription).

You will then need to change it in two places:

  • Under your "Account Details", click to view addresses and update any addresses or names there. Make sure to also tick the "make default" option. Delete any old addresses to be safe.
  • Click on "Manage your subscriptions here" - click on your subscription number, select 'change' under your shipping address.

If you have ordered a single, extra magazine:

Please contact us as soon as you realise the error. Make sure to check and double check your shipping details for extra orders, as our turnaround is typically very fast.


You may notice slight differences in delivery costs now and again, but we endevour to keep these as low as we possibly can.  As the popularity of The Crossing Board has grown, it is necessary to monitor and review postage methods to make sure The Crossing Board can be distributed as quickly, cheaply and efficiently as possible, all around the world.  (Please bear in mind that if you find it is not affordable, you can contact us at any time to review / refund your order, as long as you let us know before the end of the month).


Firstly, login to your account on our shop page. If you haven't created an account yet, you can do this at anytime using the same email address that you initially subscribed with.

Once you've logged in, select 'view your subscriptions', then click on your subscription number and under ‘payment method’ select ‘update’.

secure link will then be sent to your email address to update your billing details.

If you are still having issues, please contact us.

We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your account on our website or directly with your bank. Alternatively, if you email us with your name and order number, we can manually cancel it for you.

Please note that you may also need to cancel any direct debits directly with your bank.  We recommend doing so to avoid any unwanted payments being taken.
